The official passport photo size is 35×45 mm, which equals 3.5×4.5 cm or 1.38×1.77 inches. At 600 DPI the file is 827×1063 pixels. When printing, use exactly 3.5×4.5 cm — if the kiosk asks for inches, that is 1.38×1.77 inches.
